Ho'oponopono Principles

Ho'oponopono Principles

mabel-katz-01There are a few simple principles and steps to help you look at your life differently and develop a new "true" self image, which will in turn, translate into the success you are seeking.

Taking 100% responsibility:
Take 100% responsibility for whatever is going on in your life. Once you realize it is just your tapes playing, you can choose to stop them. They are like programs in the computer of your mind. If they weren't installed there, they wouldn't play.

When a situation comes up, and you know it's just the tapes playing, (you'll learn to recognize them more easily as you go along) use the "delete key" in the keyboard of your mind and erase the thought that created or attracted the situation.

I know what you're thinking: How do I know which thought created it? Don't worry; there is a part of you that knows. You just need to give permission.

Once we take 100% responsibility, we discover we have two choices. We are free to replay the old tapes, or come from a deeper place inside, which I call inner wisdom or "inspiration."

Instead of having to be "right," blame or judge, we can choose in any given moment to let go and experience who we really are; we have the power to change our lives without depending on anybody or anything.

Letting go:
Letting go can correct a multitude of errors. One of the best ways is to be thankful for everything that comes to you, even when it's hard to see it as a blessing. When you have a thankful attitude, doors will open and opportunities will abound! They will seemingly come from nowhere!

You can simply repeat in your mind: thank you, thank you, thank you. Saying thank you is a way of letting go, a way of not engaging, not judging, not having opinions. It's a way of daily living and breathing. As soon as you have opinions of right or wrong, you're stuck. It's those old tapes playing again.

Whenever the old tapes come up, better yet before they start playing, say "thank you" to yourself. What you are doing is taking 100% responsibility and saying, "I'm sorry, please forgive me for whatever is in me that has created or attracted this into my life."

Another secret for letting go is having no expectations. You will be amazed at what God has in store for you when you release your expectations. Many times we are unaware of the outcome already planned in our minds.

Be aware to not be aware! Know you are powerful beyond your wildest dreams and capable of attracting everything that is right for you—even if it doesn't seem to fit the "perfect" picture. Most of all, realize that every "no" is usually for a good reason, even if you can't see it at the time. It means something better and greater is coming your way.

Every "no" is an opportunity to take responsibility and be grateful.

Although there's lots more to Ho'oponopono, these two principles are basic and will take you a long way to make positive changes in your life.

    Dear Mabel,

    THANK YOU! GRACIAS! SOU GRATA!
I thank YOU for helping me go through what I can label "one of the toughest period of my life" and be at peace. Attending your seminar, telewebseminars and listening again and again to your recordings and interviews as well as Dr. Len's is priceless! Having met you and Dr. Len was a blessing!

Thank you for your dedication to the Ho'oponopono teachings and for sharing your wisdom and experience with us.

    Dear Mabel,
you are writing that there's lots more to Ho'oponopono and that these two principles are basic for a good long way...
When will be the right moment to learn more?
    How become a good student?

    Love and blessing

Irene, Trust. If there is anything that you need to know or that you are missing right now, God will be sure to bring it to you. You are at the perfect time at the perfect place. Everything you need is inside of you, please don't look further than your own breath.
God is your best teacher and will bring you the perfect opportunities for your own learning and growth, so that you can do what you came to do: finding out who you really are.
You can get your won tools. The right question to ask when a problem shows up is: How do I clean with this?
    Keep cleaning!!
    Love,
    Mabel
