Si sentimos que el Mundo nos debe algo o que somos la única persona buena y honesta sobre la Tierra, que todos los demás sacan ventaja de nosotros y seguimos sintiéndonos víctimas, todas las puertas continuarán cerrándose.

Si damos a los demás esperando algo en retorno o damos haciendo que los destinatarios de nuestra “generosidad” se sientan culpables y en deuda con nosotros, es mejor no dar. Nunca podremos obtener el amor, la aceptación y el respeto que buscamos si actuamos de esta forma. Estas cosas no están a la venta. Nos las debemos ganar.

¿Todavía continúas viviendo en el pasado? ¿Estás atrapado y apegado a cosas y personas del ayer? Es momento de soltar y de comenzar a vivir en el presente. No hay más tiempo de mirar atrás y andar en círculos ni tiempo de tratar de entender tampoco. No hay nada que entender y, aún si piensas que sabes por qué las cosas suceden, realmente no lo sabes, porque las cosas que suceden, usualmente no tienen nada que ver con lo que tú piensas. Todo es resultado de memorias que se repiten. La mayoría de estas memorias provienen de otras vidas y un alto porcentaje de ellas, de nuestros ancestros.

Suelta lo que quieres que los demás sean y comienza a trabajar en ti mismo y en lo que quieres ser. La gente no escucha; te observa, por lo tanto obtendrás mucho más con el ejemplo.

Te puede parecer que la vida es injusta. Puedes pensar que la gente te debe a ti. Puedes ver a los demás como desagradecidos y equivocados. Todas estas creencias te mantienen en un estado de resentimiento y sumergido en sentimientos de soberbia.

Cuando damos lo mejor de nosotros sin esperar nada a cambio, nos sentimos en paz con nosotros mismos y con el Universo. Por otro lado, cuando recibimos sin esfuerzo, sin dar lo mejor de nosotros algo dentro de nosotros sabe que no nos lo ganamos y que no lo merecemos y nos boicoteamos perdiéndolo o estropeándolo. Necesitamos sentirnos capaces y merecedores para lograr un sentido de logro. Por esta razón usualmente no apreciamos lo que es gratis. Los beneficios reales resultan del dar verdadero que es incondicional y proviene del puro deseo de ser lo mejor que podamos ser. Debemos dar para recibir. No hay otra. Puede ser dinero o esfuerzo físico, emocional o espiritual pero siempre debemos dar algo para recibir. Todo lo que damos regresa multiplicado.

He experimentado esta ley cada vez que decidí hacer una excepción con el precio del seminario de Ho´oponopono. Las personas que no pagan el seminario, no lo entienden. Verás, la información no proviene desde mí. Lo hace desde la Divinidad y la Divinidad está siempre observando. Recibes lo que das. Depende de ti, tu confianza y tu compromiso. Todo vuelve, lo bueno y lo malo.

Para poder sentir que has ganado algo, debes salirte de tu zona de confort, tomar acción y estar dispuesto a pagar para poder recibir y conservarlo. Tiene que existir algún tipo de intercambio. Debes demostrar que aprecias y valoras lo que estás buscando. Debes estar dispuesto a invertir y confiar.

Deja de jugar. Sí, todo lo mencionado son juegos que jugamos. Disponte a tomar responsabilidad por tu vida y las cosas comenzarán a cambiar y resultarán más fáciles.

Ahora puedes elegir ser más consciente y comenzar a notar cuando estés jugando y malgastando tiempo concentrado en lo que no funciona como preocupándote, sobrellevando, culpando, quejándote y pensando. En vez de eso, puedes elegir soltar y ayudar a que las cosas sean más fáciles y mejores.

Todo en tu vida es una oportunidad para superar desafíos y hacerte mejor y más fuerte. Todo es una bendición aunque no lo parezca.

Expándete y sal de tu zona de confort. Da lo mejor de ti. Sin expectativas. Suelta el pasado, tus lamentos, tu enojo y prepárate para recibir todos los regalos que el Universo tiene reservados para ti.

If we feel the World owes us something or that we are the only good and honest person on Earth and everybody else takes advantage of us and we play the victim, all doors will continue to close.

If we give to others expecting something in return or give but make the receivers of our “generosity” feel guilty and indebted, it’s better not to give. We can never get the love, acceptance and respect we are seeking by doing and acting this way. These things are not for sale. We must earn them.

Are you still living in the past? Are you attached and stuck to things and people gone by? It is time to let go and start living in the present. There is no more time to look back and to go around in circles, nor time to try to understand it either. There is nothing to understand, and even if you think you know why things happen, you really don’t know, because events usually have nothing to do with what you think. Everything is the product of memories replaying. Most of these memories come from previous lifetimes, and a high percentage of them come from our ancestors.

Let go of what you want others to be and start working on yourself and what you want to be. People don’t listen; they observe you, so you will get much more from setting the example.

You might see life as unfair. You might think people owe you. You might see others as ungrateful and mistaken. All these beliefs keep you in a state of resentfulness and bogged down in feelings of entitlement.

When we give our best without expecting anything in return, we feel good and at peace with ourselves and with the Universe. On the other hand, when we receive without effort, without doing our best, something in us knows we didn’t earn it and do not deserve it, and we boycott ourselves by losing it or spoiling it. We need to feel capable and deserving, to have a sense of accomplishment. That is why we don’t usually appreciate free stuff. Real benefits result from real giving, which is unconditional and stems from the pure desire to be the best that we can be. We must give to receive. There is no way around it. It may be money or it may be physical, spiritual or emotional effort, but we must always do something to receive. Everything we give comes back multiplied.

I’ve experienced this universal law every time I’ve decide to make an exception with the Ho’oponopono seminar fee. The people who don’t pay for the seminar don’t get it. You see, the information doesn’t come from me. It comes from Divinity, and Divinity is always watching. You get what you give. It is up to you, your trust and your commitment. Everything comes back, the good and the bad.

In order to feel that you have earned something, you must get out of your comfort zone, take action and be willing to pay for stuff in order to receive and keep. There has to be some sort of exchange. You must show you appreciate and value what you are seeking. You must be willing to invest and trust.

Stop playing games. Yes, all of the above are games we play. Be willing to take responsibility for your life, and things will start changing and get much easier.

Now you can choose to be more conscious and notice when you start playing games and spending time concentrating on what doesn’t work, like worrying, coping, blaming, complaining and thinking. Instead of that, you can choose to let go and help things be better and easier.

Everything in our life is an opportunity to overcome challenges and become better and stronger. Everything is a blessing, even if it doesn’t seem like it.

Stretch and get out of your comfort zone. Give your best. No expectations. Let go of the past, your regrets, your anger and be ready to receive all the gifts the Universe has in store for you.

Thank you Mabel!!!! I love you. Just a quick update on what's happening with my case as I was starting to clear a lot of the things pretty much right after I wrote my question to you earlier for the Q&A and I was finally able to slowly switch my energy and remove my resistance to it. I was pretty much in an instant able to manifest 3 items that had been bugging me. I was only able to do this when I really started to let go! Before I did that, I did try to do everything within my power from seeking help from others around me, etc. The moment I said I'm done with this and switch my energy to something else is when the magic happened. It was so amazing to watch and I really got the message!

Btw, the last time I asked for help about money I actually got an email back from the lady that owes me money recently saying she'll pay me in August. That will be amazing when it happens. I'll keep you posted.

Quiero aclarar que no estoy hablando de feminismo ni nada por el estilo. Estoy hablando de un deber que tenemos las mujeres, que llevará finalmente a que todas las mujeres despierten para que todos descubran su verdadero ser y el poder que todos los seres humanos tenemos de cambiar nuestras vidas sin depender de nada ni de nadie afuera nuestro. Esto nos ayudará a crear una comunidad feliz, donde todo el mundo haga lo que ama y sea feliz y se encuentre en paz

La era del sacrificio ya paso y debemos aprender a ponernos a nosotras primero. Importante hacer lo que funciona para nosotras, porque si no funciona para nosotras, no funcionará para nadie.

No podemos dar algo que no tenemos. Primero debemos amarnos a nosotras para poder dar amor. Sólo cuando nos amamos a nosotras mismas, podemos amar a otros.

Nuestros hijos no nos escuchan, nos observan.Somos el ejemplo para ellos. Es importante mostrarles que uno debe aprender a hacer lo que funciona para uno, y que eso no es ser egoísta.

Debemos darnos cuenta de que no podemos seguir mostrando debilidad, ni sometimiento. Tampoco podemos transmitir que no podemos dejar una relación abusiva porque no podemos mantenernos financieramente independientes o porque es nuestro destino.

Somos el ejemplo y la base de nuestras familias.  Si nosotras estamos bien, todos van a estar bien. No es al revés. No funciona complacer a los demás o poner a los demás primero.

Lo que importa es lo que nosotras pensamos de nosotras mismas y no lo que los demás piensan de nosotras.
