Learning together to be happy

Learning together to be happy

World Down Syndrome Day It is no coincidence that International Happiness Day is a day before World Down Syndrome Day. The reason is simple — people with Down syndrome are the happiest people on earth. On my travels around the world, I have visited many schools for children with Down syndrome. I have learned firsthand how truly happy and accepted these children are in their schools. Of course, when I come home and visit what others call “normal” schools, I see how unhappy people are — anxious,... Continue Reading →

OVERCOMING ANALYSIS PARALYSIS TO LIVE AN INSPIRED LIFE

OVERCOMING ANALYSIS PARALYSIS TO LIVE AN INSPIRED LIFE

Do you live freely, or are you in your mind jail? Whatever your problems or goals are, don’t think! Let your own inspiration flow. What happens when we think too much without considering our connection with the cosmic intelligence? What happens when we believe that we will find a better solution on our own? We put many arguments on the table to choose one, but that only brings doubts about which one is better. In the end, this often leads us to not the wisest choice, but whatever the memory dictates, or whichever... Continue Reading →

Love and Let Go

Love and Let Go

The secret to being happy is to let go and love without attachments. This February 14, several countries around the world will celebrate Valentine’s Day, a day to celebrate love and friendship. But, do we know how to love? Or what love really is? Love, in its essence, is freedom. When we are free, we let go and are not attached to anything or anyone. Attachment is what makes us slaves to life. We feel that we “need” something so badly, but even when we have it, we find that we are not happy. We are not happy because... Continue Reading →

Love Yourself and Forgive

Love Yourself and Forgive

After some very successful seminars in Tel Aviv, a wonderful time at my oldest sons's wedding, and a very emotional and special encounter with Pope Francis at the Vatican (not planned), I am back at home in Los Angeles. I’m recharging my batteries to be ready for my upcoming presentations in Los Angeles, Spain and South America. Of course, if you know me, you know that recharging my batteries doesn’t mean I’m not working. It simply means I’m working from home—in my gym clothes and with no makeup. It is not... Continue Reading →

Thank you for being in my life

Thank you for being in my life

"If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough." Master Eckhart Hello My Friends! Today is Thanksgiving Day. For those of us in the United States that means time with family and friends--to share not just a bountiful meal, but laughter, friendship and love. It's also a time to give thanks for all the blessings in our lives. While it may be an American tradition, it is one we share with the world. After all, nobody owns love or thanks. They are words that transcend nationalities... Continue Reading →

Happy Holidays

Happy Holidays

Aloha my friend, What kind of a world are we leaving to our children? The children are our hope for the future and they deserve a safe, supportive environment to grow up and live. They are our teachers and can really help us with our difficulties. Trust them an encourage them to share their wisdom. It doesn’t matter how old they are. It is time to change our view of ourselves, our kids and others. Have faith in yourself and others. These Holidays, be love, live love and love yourself and others. This Christmas give... Continue Reading →

Are you chasing a ballerina?

Are you chasing a ballerina?

Aloha my friend! Have you ever seen film The Adjustment Bureau?   It's one of my favorite movies of all times.  The main character David Norris (played by sweet Matt Damon) starts to fall in love with a charming ballerina Elise. Their meeting in this lifetime is magical but he is quickly confronted by a group of men in suits that tell him he can't be with her because he has a bigger mission in the world. They tell him he has to choose or there will be big consequences!  Even though he is running for a big political... Continue Reading →

Ho'oponopono, You won't believe the sign I got...

Ahh I'm still reminiscing on my secret getaway!! If you follow my Facebook Page you might have seen me post about being on a beach to treat myself and work on my next book. Here's a picture of the beautiful ocean that helped to purify me once again. There were also these majestic rock formations that seem to speak to my spirit. Before I could leave, I had to go back and say goodbye. I asked God for a sign of what I needed to take away, and a long tailed lizard and a swarm of crabs showed up. My heart was so full of... Continue Reading →

A prison experience to "Discover Prosperity Within" Tomorrow

A prison experience to

When I presented Ho’oponopono in a prison in Argentina, one of the inmates shared a story about a near death experience. He told me that he was taken to a hospital with his gallbladder punctured by a bullet and having no heart beat. He was considered dead.  Then all he remembered was that he woke up and there was a policeman next to him that told him: “You have another opportunity now, you can make different choices, it is all up to you.” He recovered and survived to tell this story. Then he told me that everything... Continue Reading →
